Project Deposits

All project deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and creative development.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

The project has not yet started.
Axon Hub LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.
A duplicate payment was made in error.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

Completed design work.
Delivered video editing projects.
Approved branding or logo concepts.
Motion graphics and animation services.
Social media creative designs.
Projects delayed due to lack of client communication or required materials.
Change-of-mind requests after work has begun.

Revisions and Client Satisfaction

We encourage clients to utilize the revision process included with their project. Our team will work diligently to address reasonable revision requests and ensure the final deliverables align with the agreed project scope.

Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled after work has started, any refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed, time invested, and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
